Meet Dr. Samuels
Dr. Samuels is a 2005 graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Her desire to become a chiropractor started at a young age. As a child, she suffered from severe asthma attacks and was not able to play sports and activities like her peers. Through the help of regular chiropractic treatment, the frequency and intensity of the attacks diminished and she was able to laugh and play normally. This was life changing! This paved the way to her career path. She attended Gannon University where she earned her Bachelor's in Health Science.
While at Palmer, she gained valuable classroom and clinical experience. In expanding her clinical expertise, Dr. Samuels traveled abroad to both Fiji and Piedras Negras where she donated her services to underprivileged communities. She saw the true value and benefits that chiropractic can accomplish, and how it can change lives.
Dr. Samuels opened Align Chiropractic Wellness Center in the Fall of 2008, to continue providing life changing care to the Greensburg area. Her vision was to serve her community with the highest quality family chiropractic care so that each person may live healthier, happier lives.
Dr. Samuels provides a multitude of techniques and specialties that fits the needs of each patient that walks through the door. Among these techniques, she is ICPA certified in Webster technique, a gentle, effective technique as a method of treatment of pregnant patients. She also utilizes Diversified, Gonstead, Activator Methods, Thompson technique, and NRT to customize her care for each patient.
Dr. Samuels resides in the Greensburg area with her husband. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling to new destinations, cooking healthy meals, and playing with her dog Jackson.
Education
Dr. Samuels graduated from Gannon University with a degree in Health Sciences. She furthered her education by completing her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Post-doctoral certifications include: Certified Webster Practitioner through the ICPA and Applied Clinical Nutrition Certificate through Texas Chiropractic College.
